It’s simple. Once you sign up, you’ll have access to an administration website which will allow you to add questions and answers.
You can also invite team members. When you invite a team member, they will get an email to the Apple App Store (for iPhone devices) or Google Play Store (for Android Devices).
They can use their own phones to play games at work or at home.
Each category will have its own leaderboard. There is also a global leaderboard which includes all categories. The leaderboards only contain scores for the last 30 days. So, if a player wants to stay at the top of the leaderboard, they must play regularly or they will lose the top spot.
We’ve had clients use this for salespeople or shop floor staff. Anywhere where questions are constantly asked and knowledge needs to be readily available, you should put these questions. Here are some examples:
• How much is a x?
• How long does it take to do y?
• What goes best with x?
• I have x, what is compatible with it?
Each question you add can be of type “Image” (identify the item in the image), multiple-choice, or True/False/. Every category is given a points value you can set (for example, questions in a certain category would be worth 50 points each). Each question has a time limit (for example 10 seconds). The player is rewarded for answering as quickly as possible. So, the remaining seconds are added to the score for each question. A wrong answer deducts points. The goal is to have the knowledge readily available when someone asks.
You can add your own colour scheme to the app, but not fonts. We tried to make this as customisable as possible. If more customisation is needed, let us know– we can probably accommodate it.
Absolutely. Once your players log in, they will see your logo and colours.
You can add as many categories as you want. You can also add as many questions to each category (only 10 will be chosen randomly). The only limit we place is on the amount of staff you can invite. See the pricing tiers above for more details.
The admin website has reporting data on who is playing what game and how frequently they play it.
